Full Time Retail Sales Assistant

We are two busy retail stores that sell books, stationery, cards, gifts, magazines, Lotto and also have a NZ Post Centre.
We have a full time position available. Our business operates 7 days a week. Hours and days of work will be discussed at the interview.
Duties include:- General Sales duties, eftpos transactions along with Lotto and Post Centre duties.
- Customer enquiries.
- Stock receipting.
- Keeping the store clean, tidy and well-stocked.
- Be willing and able, on occasion, to help out with some lifting and sorting of deliveries.
- To have an interest in what we sell.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have a high level of customer focus.
- Have an eye for detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work under pressure with a pleasant efficiency during busy times alongside a supportive team.
- Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement. Training will be provided.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude.
