Full-Time Sales Assistant

We are looking for full time sales staff for our Dunedin store. You will work collaboratively with the team to provide top service to our customers and achieve all sale KPIs. If you have experience in the jewellery industry then that's a plus, but if not, don't worry, we will train you in product knowledge and give you the additional skills to be successful in your role

We have one role avalible; Sunday to Thursday, 40hrs a week. Must be able to work week days late nights and weekends.
The Role:
- Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture
- Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer
- Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing positive, happy attitude
- Support your team members to success
- Learn to process, clean and merchandise jewellery and watches to the highest standard
- Be prepared to understand and execute back of house paperwork and procedures
About you:
- You must love people and be able to listen and talk to anyone
- You will be confident and enthusiastic
- You will be professionally presented and well-spoken
- Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store
- Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising, displays and other activities
- We're after someone with initiative, a strong customer service focus, intelligence, punctuality, and reliability
