• Minimum 3 years' exterior plastering in commercial/residential construction
• Minimum 3 year experience with EIFS/proprietary cladding systems (Rockcote, Resene,

• Experience working from scaffolding up to 3 stories/10 metres height

• Apply multiple texture finishes (sponge, spray, Mediterranean, bagged)
• Install waterproofing membranes and moisture management systems
• Create and install control joints and expansion joints in large wall expanses
• Work to architectural specifications and manufacturer specifications
• Understanding of NZ Building Code E2/AS1 weathertightness requirements
• Mix and apply various plaster products to correct consistency
• Achieve uniform thickness and level finishes to high standard

• $30.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience and skills
