- Assignment date: 12th Jan 15th Feb 2026
- Hours: 45+ per week
- Roster: 7-day rotating (56 on, 12 off)
- Accommodation: Provided (shared house)
- Travel: Paid
- Must have car to travel from accommodation to site
- Requirement: Must complete full assignment & have clean Ministry of Justice check
- Proven experience in high-volume kitchens
- Calm, reliable, and consistent under pressure
- Solid knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards
- Adaptable and ready to shine in diverse kitchen environments
