It is an important part of a child/young person’s journey to rebuilding a relationship with close family.

• A mature, calm, patient and empathetic approach to dealing with people.
• Experience working with children/young people and families.
• Experience managing challenging situations.
• A clean, current, full driver license is essential.
• A First Aid Certificate.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to your audience.
• Flexibility in working different hours and days at short notice.
• Some after hours and weekend work available, flexibility required.
• The ability to work in New Zealand.
• Full driver's license is essential.
• Casual work ~ some after hours and weekend work required.
• Candidate needs to be flexible in hours required.
• Open and adaptable to an environment that is always changing.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• An alignment with the Open Home Foundation’s Christian Kaupapa.
