Te Awamutu - Customer Services Representative

AGP is part of the wider APL Group, the market leader of window and doors systems in New Zealand.

We are searching for someone who can create and maintain great relationships between AGP and the customer group by providing exceptional customer service through friendly, professional, and positive daily interaction.

In this role, you would be responsible for:

• Processing of customer orders/data entry
• Solving customer technical queries
• Providing quotations to customers
• Providing support to Account Managers
• Purchasing product from external suppliers
• Greeting and welcoming visitors at reception
• Run and distribute regular reports
• Completing administration tasks including but not limited to photocopying, laminating, data entry and updating training records.
• Invoicing
• Completing the reconciliation of supplier invoices for purchased product.
• Creating and maintaining great relationships within the AGP team, suppliers and other companies within the Profile group.

• Computer literate and ability to learn new digital platforms

• Ability to learn product information and communicate this to the customer
