Westland Medical Centre is looking for a motivated, reliable, and caring Receptionist to join their tight-knit team. This is more than a front desk role, it's your chance to make a real difference every day by helping patients feel seen, supported, and cared for.

What you will be doing:

• Greeting patients with a warm, professional welcome
• Managing phone calls, bookings, and day-to-day reception duties
• Supporting our clinical team with efficient, accurate admin
• Handling incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and patient records
• Being a key part of a team that prioritises going the extra mile

What we are looking for:

• A genuine people-person who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Previous admin or customer service experience (medical sector ideal but not essential)
• Tech savvy - confident with practice management systems or a fast learner!
• Someone who brings a great attitude and team spirit
• A professional who genuinely understands and upholds confidentiality
