We are a reputable steel construction company with over 30 years of proven industry experience, delivering heavy structural steel solutions across the Auckland region and beyond. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Office Administrator to join our team at our Avondale office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to management
- Manage phone and email communications
- Process payroll and timesheets accurately and on time
- Assist with accounts payable and invoicing
- Arrange staff travel bookings
- Maintain office supplies
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors in a professional manner
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration
- Familiarity with payroll systems (preferred but not essential)
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Full Drivers License
