Business Manager

Janvir Global Limitedis an established taxi transport service provider based inAuckland. We are seeking an experienced and capableBusiness Managerto lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our taxi services, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality transport services for our customers.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing operational performance, supervising staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting the continued growth and profitability of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily taxi operations to ensure safe, timely, and reliable passenger transport.
• Recruit, train, and supervise taxi drivers and support staff to uphold high service and safety standards.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and ensure the taxi fleet meets all road safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage operational budgets, fuel consumption, and other running costs to maintain profitability.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and transport industry requirements.
• Address passenger concerns, complaints, and operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Plan driver schedules and optimise routes to maximise efficiency and meet customer service standards.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor service quality and operational performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Utilise taxi dispatch and fleet management software for scheduling, real-time tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare operational and financial performance reports for senior management review.
• Perform other relevant duties as required to support smooth and efficient taxi operations.

Required to work for a minimum of30 hours per weekand you will be paid between$35 to $45 per hour.

Requirements for the role:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Available to work on weekends
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
• Excellent coordination and time management abilities
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
