  • Attending weekly management meetings
  • Supporting the Managing Director where necessary
  • Building and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualification in Quantity Surveying and Project Management
  • 2+ years of industry experience in a QS and/or PM role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods
  • Proven cost control, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership qualities
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365; knowledge of Workflow Max and Xero is a bonus
  • Full NZ Driver’s Licence
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary
  • Company vehicle and phone

  • Supportive team culture
  • Permanent full-time role with consistent hours
  • Opportunity to lead and grow within the company

Leadership Expectations:

As a key member of the team, you'll be expected to lead by example—upholding professionalism, supporting team development, and driving a positive and productive site environment.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values skill, initiative, and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you.
