About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to optimize project costs and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for projects.
  • Monitor and manage project expenses and contracts.
  • Conduct risk assessments and value engineering to optimize costs.
  • Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and review bills of quantities and tender documents.
  • Track project progress and provide financial reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in cost estimation, contract administration, and project budgeting.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
