REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
- Experience in administration.
- Excel superstar!
- Previous experience with cloud based inventory systems, preferably Unleashed, or similar.
- Enjoy sales and providing solutions for a variety of customers.
- Demonstrate high levels of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- Highly competent with the Microsoft 365 platform. Comfortable with the use of cloud based Inventory POS systems.
- Processing of receivables and payables working alongside accounts department.
- Well organised, great at prioritising, managing your time and be calm under pressure.
- The ability to meet deadlines and maintain performance during pressure periods such as month end is key.
- Be a mature and naturally proactive person who takes initiative and drives tasks through to completion.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident dealing directly with our client base.
- Enjoys been around people and part of a team environment.
A hands-on person who likes getting things done, keeping things clean and tidy in a well organised environment.
