We’re seeking a skilled Boat Builder / Laminator with strong experience in fibreglass and composite materials to join our marine team.
What we’re looking for:- Hands-on experience in fibreglass boat construction, repairs, lay-ups, moulding, trimming, and finishing
- Competent with hand-lay and vacuum-bagging techniques
- Able to carry out repairs, sanding, preparation, fairing, and finishing to a high marine standard
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Attention to detail, reliable, and able to work effectively in a small, close-knit team
- Clean police record
- Full-time, ongoing work (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
- Great hourly rates + consistent hours
- Clean, well-equipped workshop
- Supportive and professional marine team
