A key focus is analysis of events in collaboration with teams, internal and external to the organisation, to identify trends and potential improvements areas of processes and tools.You will be accountable for ensuring events and how they occurred are well understood and communicated so that lessons can be identified and learned.Success in this role means network performance is a focus and you collaborate with the existing teams as required. Your focus on quality and accuracy will be critical to ensuring levels of service are met and enhanced where possible.
