About the Company
Mega Property Solutions is an Auckland-based property improvement company specialising in residential insulation installation, garage door installation, and Healthy Homes upgrade services. The company provides installation and property improvement solutions for both new build and existing residential properties across Auckland.
Due to the increasing number of confirmed residential installation and upgrade projects, the company requires a Site Foreman to supervise site operations and coordinate installation teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with required standards.
Key Responsibilities
The Site Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site construction and installation activities, including:- Supervising and coordinating daily on-site work for residential insulation installation, garage door installation, and other property upgrade projects.
- Planning and organising labour, materials, tools, and equipment required for site operations.
- Supervising installers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and timelines.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting site activities to management.
- Ensuring all on-site work complies with workplace health and safety regulations and company safety procedures.
- Inspecting completed work to ensure installation quality and compliance with project standards.
- Liaising with project managers, suppliers, and clients regarding work progress and operational requirements.
- Identifying and resolving site-related issues to minimise delays and maintain project efficiency.
- Maintaining basic site documentation including progress updates and safety records.
Requirements
Applicants for this position should meet the following requirements:- A qualification in Construction Management, Building, or a related field, or at least one year of recent relevant experience in construction, building installation, or property improvement projects.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, building processes, and installation techniques.
- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements within construction environments.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple work tasks and coordinate site workers effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with contractors, suppliers, and management.

- Position type: Full-time, minimum 30 hours per week
- Pay rate: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour depending on skills and experience
