We’re looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who knows their way around drainage and road construction and takes pride in delivering quality work.
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in drainage and road construction through to subgrade and finish cutsAbility to confidently read and interpret plans
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a crew
A practical, hands-on approach – you lead from the front
Solid communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused attitude
