Builder/ Hard Landscaper
If you're a hard-working and experienced Builder/ Hard-Landscaper looking for something a little outside the norm then look no further.....we want to hear from you!
Typical skills required include:
- Site preparation and plan reading
- Construction skills in carpentry, concrete, retaining and more…
- Various landscaping knowledge from base preparation through to artificial lawn install and planting
- Ability to operate excavators and other similar machinery
- Full/ Clean Drivers licence
- A "can do" attitude
- Experience in team leading or a strong desire to take the next step in your career.. we've got the platform for you to go further!
- Great organisational skills
- Punctuality, reliability and enthusiasm.
- Strong awareness of Health and Safety
- Ability to manage a small team with support from management

A bit about us…. and here's the twist....Here at Playscape, we design and build natural outdoor playspaces nationwide for early childhood centres, schools and public spaces. Forget your generic and boring playgrounds, at Playscape it's our job to create more natural, functional and beautiful spaces for kids (and sometimes adults) to have fun, gain confidence, learn and play.
This isn't your typical building site or residential landscaping project... we're focused on putting smiles on little faces and having some fun ourselves in the meantime.
Where do we work?We are based in Tuakau, 10 minutes south of Pukekohe. Our work takes us all over Auckland and Waikato and beyond. Our work is nationally very well recognised so an ability to travel and stay in lots of destinations all over New Zealand is necessary.
