Experienced Landscape Gardener Wanted!

EXPERIENCED GARDENER WANTED – HEDGE TRIMMING & GARDEN MAINTENANCE

We are heading into a busy season and are seeking an experienced gardener to join our close-knit team. Hard Out Exteriors is a family-run business based in the Rodney region, providing high quality garden maintenance and landscaping services.

This role is for an immediate start!

• Proven experience in hedge trimming (both small and large) and general garden maintenance – this is a must-have
• Plant knowledge is a bonus
• Confident using hedge trimmers, chainsaws, and other power equipment
• Fit, energetic, and happy working outdoors in all weather
• Full driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle (ideally with a tow bar) - essential
• Someone dependable, detail-focused, and proud of their work
• Respectful and confident when dealing with our clients – you’ll be representing our brand
• Able to work independently as well as alongside our small, supportive team across multiple sites

• Subcontractor role – 30+ hours per week with potential for full-time PAYE down the track
• 20 hour weekly retainer (Saturday work will be required if there are weather delays during the week)
• Flexible schedule with a focus on work/life balance
• Use of Stihl tools
• Supportive, family-run team with varied, hands-on work
• $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience and skill
