The Role:

Ensure stock rotation, inventory management, and minimal wastage.
Pizza experience is a strong advantage, particularly with artisanal or wood-fired pizza preparation.
Knowledge of or passion for craft beer and food pairing is highly desirable.
Strong culinary skills, with expertise in flavor profiles and food presentation.

We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes, including our signature pizzas, while contributing to food and craft beer pairings and maintaining our reputation for culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes, including artisanal pizzas, to the highest standards in line with our menu.
Manage and oversee your designated section of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and consistency.Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop dishes that complement our craft beer offerings.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen.Pizza experience is a strong advantage, particularly with artisanal or wood-fired pizza preparation.
Knowledge of or passion for craft beer and food pairing is highly desirable.
Strong culinary skills, with expertise in flavor profiles and food presentation.
