BM Workshop is seeking a fluent Chinese speaking, customer-focused Reception / Service Advisor Trainee to support our front desk, Chinese speaking customers, Workshop, and Service Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
- Booking vehicles in for service and repairs
- Answering phones and handling customer enquiries
- Reception and administrative support
- Training provided in Service Advising
About You:
- Fluent Chinese speaker
- Good written and spoken English
- Mechanical aptitude (automotive training preferred)
- Organised, friendly, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Full NZ driver’s licence
- NZ residency or valid NZ work visa
