You can find more about ACC and the work we do here.' Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role The Enterprise Risk team are on a journey to lift risk maturity and have developed a three-year strategic roadmap to make a step change in ACC's risk performance.

As Manager Enterprise Risk you will hold a critical role that provides strategic leadership to the Enterprise Risk function, continuously lifting the capability of the team to be a consistent strategic enabler.

You will ensure that our enterprise risk activities align with, and contribute to, achieving ACC's strategic intent through providing thought leadership on enterprise risk management with a focus on maturing, optimising, and continuously improving our risk culture and practices.

You will lead a team that provides high quality 2nd line enterprise risk oversight, challenge, and advice to the business, in addition to working with the 1st line Risk & Compliance teams, 2nd line specialist functions and the wider risk community to promote a risk-aware culture.

This role is responsible for producing and presenting efficient and effective Enterprise risk reporting to the Executive (and any / all relevant Executive sub committees), Board sub committees and the Board.

This is a permanent role based in Wellington.

The base salary range for this role is $164,705
  • $232,525 with appointment within the range depending on skills and experience and internal relativities.

ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.
