EVENING DUTY MANAGER - New World Island Bay

We are seeking an experienced Evening Duty Manager who has strong leadership abilities to oversee our store. Will need to have good organizational and communications skills, and will also display high presentation standards, honesty, and an excellent work ethic.

• Be physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Computer literate
• Customer service experience (desired)
• General Manager's Certificate/LCQ (desired)
• First Aid Certificate (desired)
• Ability to work evenings for closing
• Ability to work 1 day of the weekend

This role will involve leading a team to ensure the high store standards and customer experience is being upheld in the absence of the wider management team. The successful applicant will be someone who constantly strives to improve store standards, team performance and their own performance as a leader.

If successful you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all facets of the evening operations of the store over the course of the designated shift / shifts as well as ensuring all staff are well versed in their ability to provide the best overall shopping experience for our customers.

Days & Hours:

Tuesday to Sundayfinishing at 10.00pm with a start time of 3.00pm, however the start time can be discussed at an interview.
