Sandwich Maker full time/Fixed Term

We’re looking for an organised and reliable person with a kitchen or chef background to run our sandwich prep each morning. This is a fixed term role covering maternity leave.
The role starts at 5:30am and involves preparing our daily sandwich range ready for the morning delivery run to our cafés.
You’ll be responsible for running the sandwich prep kitchen, including:
- Making our fresh sandwich range each morning
- Prepping ingredients and recipes for the following day
- Making sauces and fillings
- Slicing deli meats
- Cooking vegetables, bacon and eggs
- Ordering ingredients for the sandwich kitchen
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Communicating with the wider team about stock and menu changes
There’s also the opportunity to contribute ideas and help develop new sandwich flavours.
