Veterinary Nurse- Full Time or Part Time

South Wairarapa Veterinary Services is looking for Veterinary Nurses to join our team across our Carterton, Greytown and Masterton clinics, with participation in the shared after-hours roster.

• Providing high-quality patient care and monitoring
• Assisting with surgical procedures and anaesthetic monitoring
• Preparing patients for surgery and supporting inpatient care
• Client communication and education
• Maintaining high clinical, hygiene and safety standards
• Working closely with veterinarians and the wider clinical team
• Participating in the shared after-hours and weekend roster

This role may be based at any of our clinics in Carterton, Greytown or Masterton, with some flexibility to support across the region as required.

• A relevant veterinary nursing qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience in a veterinary nursing environment (all levels considered)
• Strong clinical nursing skills, including surgical and inpatient care
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• A positive, calm and solutions-focused approach
• A genuine passion for animal welfare and client care
