As a Front Desk Attendant at Strata Lounge, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests seeking a relaxing and premium experience before their journey. You’ll play a key role in delivering warm, professional, and uniquely Kiwi hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and leaves with a lasting impression of excellence.

- Lead by example and support your team to maintain high service standards.
- Deliver authentic and proactive customer service at the front desk and reception area.
- Ensure accurate guest check-ins, boarding pass verification, and transaction audits.
- Respond to guest queries and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area at all times.

- A team player with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Immaculate personal presentation and a warm, professional manner.
- Experience in a similar customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality or aviation.
- Physically fit, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Holds or is eligible for Police and AVSEC clearance; flexibility to work shifts including weekends and nights.
