You will be responsible for admitting, discharging, and transferring of patients, along with keeping electronic records up-to-date and ensuring all confidential data is handled correctly.This a permanent part time position in the Women's Health team based at Middlemore Hospital.
You will work for 6 shifts on / 8 off, a total of 52 hours per fortnight.About YouYou will bring extensive administrative experience from the health sector or another large, complex organisation. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and you will be able to demonstrate your ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
You will be proficient in the use of all standard Microsoft Office software. Prior iPM knowledge will be a big advantage for this role.Essential skills:Exceptional and proven customer service skills, preferably in a front desk environmentA minimum of three years experience in an administrative roleGreat typing skillsWorking at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
