We respond to a diverse range of health and social needs, no two days are the same, as we provide a 24/7 Monday to Friday service with six teams across the Christchurch Hospital Campus.There will be an after hours component and some weekend work required in this role.
This role is based in the Child Health team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:Social work assessment, monitoring and support of patientsTriaging workloads to meet patient needs and service demands.
Attending and participating in social work team and departmental activities, projects and staff meetingsParticipate in service development and quality assurance initiative/processes.Supporting team needs with work prioritisation and deliveryWork in partnership with our Māori Health teamWorking across our teams to support service demandAbout YouThis role will see you working alongside different multidisciplinary teams so being a team player who can quickly adapt will be essential to your success.
