About the job:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join the Citycare Water team on a temporary basis.
In this role, you will support the Water Division with a range of finance administration tasks. This includes purchase order management, invoice processing, timesheet support, and assisting with stock and reporting activities. You’ll also help with contract revenue processes, invoicing, and liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve queries.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and your ability to stay organised and work to deadlines will be key.
About you:
- Previous clerical or finance administration experience (1–2 years minimum)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
