Join our team as anAccommodation Manager, working alongside another accommodation manager to make sure our seasonal staff have an enjoyable stay.

About the Role

You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our on-site and off-site accommodation and be the go-to person for our residents. No two days are the same, and your ability to handle whatever comes your way with confidence and a smile will make all the difference.

What the job involves:

  • Providing friendly and firm customer service to all residents
  • Handling check-ins, check-outs, and general enquiries
  • Welcoming new arrivals and conducting on-site inductions
  • Admin tasks including digital record keeping of weekly rental payments
  • Assisting with cleaning when needed (we will have a professional cleaner)
  • Addressing and resolving complaints calmly and professionally
  • Offering pastoral care and support to residents
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety rules and regulations
  • Carrying out regular stock checks and ordering supplies
  • Implementing and maintaining safety protocols
  • Flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need to be approachable with the ability to lead through empathy and clear direction.

You are:

  • Comfortable taking charge – not afraid to speak up when needed
  • Flexible – must be open to working shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Great with people – warm, engaging and clear communicator when dealing with others
  • Organised – you thrive on structure but can adapt on the fly
  • Solution-focused – calm under pressure and quick on your feet
  • Ideally living on-site or nearby
