We are seeking a dedicated and skilled person to join our team at Keinzley Agvet Eketahuna as Shop Manager. This sole position has become available following the upcoming retirement of our long-serving colleague, who has been an integral part of our business for 23 years.
We are looking for someone who can continue their legacy of excellence and bring fresh ideas to the role.
Role and responsibilities- This role has an immediate start date with an initial training period in our Carterton branch.
- Permanent fulltime position Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm and a 1 in 5 Saturday morning shift in Carterton
- You will be in-charge of the day to day running of the branch, including answering phones, serving clients, stock control and keeping the branch well presented and organised at all times
- Training will be provided on all products and systems
About You
The ideal candidate will have:- Comprehensive farm experience (where possible) or experience within the Agricultural industry. This role would ideally suit someone transitioning to an easier lifestyle off the farm e.g. previous farm manager
- Self-motivation, honesty and enthusiasm
- Can work well within a team or on their own
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications
