Receptionist/Admin.
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Receptionist/Administrator to join our growing medical centre.
This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is well organised, and thrives in a team environment.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional manner
Confident answering phone calls and managing patient appointments
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks
Sound accounting/financial knowledge
Experience using Medtech Evolution (desirable but not essential)
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
Previous experience in general administration (medical experience preferred)
Applicants should be NZ citizen or permanent resident with current NZ drivers license
