Project Manager, Engagement & Impact Team Full time | Fix-term 12 months | Wellington Based Who we are: Our vision is hauora kounga mō te katoa, quality health for all. At Te Tāhū Hauora Health Quality & Safety Commission (the Commission) we work with clinicians, health providers, whānau and consumers to improve health and disability support services across Aotearoa New Zealand.

Read more about our values Purpose of the Role | Ngā tūranga As a Project Manager you'll drive the National Quality Forum's programme of work, weaving together day-to-day operations and long-term goals.

You'll keep projects on track, coordinate working groups, measure impact and feedback what's working and what's not so we can keep improving. What You'll Do Plan, manage and evaluate forum projects from kick-off to wrap-up Maintain clear timelines, budgets, risk registers and delivery plans Build and update a stakeholder database Foster strong relationships with forum members, consumer groups, clinicians and government agencies Embed co-design practices so our work reflects diverse perspectives and delivers real results Develop tools and reports that show the value of our engagement work What you'll bring: A proven track record in project management ideally in health, public sector or not-for-profit Excellent organiser and communicator who thrives on keeping things on track Skilled at building trusting relationships with stakeholders across the health sector Hands-on experience with impact measurement, evaluation and reporting A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and working with Māori, Pacific and other priority populations Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team Solid understanding of the New Zealand health system and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.

Experience engaging respectfully with Māori, Pacific, and other priority populations.
