Our operations teams works NZ-wide but this is an office-based role at our head office in Tuakau.

Due to the specialised nature of our work, there will be a significant learning period within the role.
You will need to be:- Self motivated and disciplined
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Be keen to learn new methodologies and technologies
- Be open to taking direction from the Operations Director on how to price work
- Be proactive about following up with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing
- Be accurate and proficient with Microsoft products, particularly Word, Excel and Project
- Maintain a database on the current status of each job
- Be knowledgeable and able to assist the operations team with contract management and claims
- Have proven experience of being able to prepare tender submissions
You must:
Legally be able to work in NZ and be based in NZ; have a full Class 1 driver’s licence and be able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol and ongoing random drug/alcohol tests.Please email your application to michelle@ctcivil.co.nz. Applications close Friday 25th July 2025.
