About the Role

You'll work closely with the Senior Estimator and collaborate with our wider team and industry network.

• Administer and manage incoming pricing / tender documentation
• Liaise with relevant parties, complete take offs and conduct site visits to scope and prepare quotes
• Assist with major tenders and collaborate with other estimators
• Prepare detailed and competitive quotes using estimating software (training provided)
• Support smooth project handovers to the Contracts Team with all required documentation
• Follow up on submitted quotes and maintain strong client and supplier relationships

Experience & Skills:

• Solid knowledge of commercial landscaping either in a practical role or previous estimating experience (knowledge of hard and soft works preferred)
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise competing deadlines
• Proficiency in written communication and mathematics
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn estimating software
