Key Responsibilities:- Answering phones and assisting customers with their inquiries
- Providing top-notch customer service and support
- Basic accounts admin, including processing invoices and payments
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Great communication skills and a welcoming attitude
- Experience in admin or accounts work is a bonus!
