About the Role:

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations and bring out the best in your team.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of five
• Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a warm store environment
• Managing KPIs, budgets, and store performance
• Overseeing stock management, visual merchandising, and store standards
• Creating an organised, efficient, and supportive workplace

• A confident leader with previous store management or senior retail leadership experience
• Someone who leads from the front, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about their team
• Strong operational skills (stock, KPIs, rosters, VM, customer service)
• A supportive, down-to-earth manager who thrives in a busy, people-driven environment
