DUTY MANAGER – ($29.50/hr) | BITE N BLISS

Bite n Bliss is a growing takeaway offering Korean fried chicken, Nashville chicken and South Indian breakfast. We are looking for a reliable and responsible Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and support the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily takeaway operations

Lead and support front-of-house and kitchen staff

Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards

Oversee customer service and order flow

Handle customer queries and resolve issues

Assist with stock checks and ordering

Responsible for opening/closing procedures

Cash handling and daily reporting

During busy periods , we want the front staff to help the kitchen staff in packing and easy food preps.

What You Need:

Bit of kitchen experience is must , Interest to learn kitchen work and prep work help to kitchen staff

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work fast during busy periods

Good understanding of food safety

Able to work evenings and weekends

LCQ certificate not required (no alcohol on premises)
