Duty Manager

Otto is a craft beer and champagne bar on Featherston St in the CBD. We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager or FOH person ready to step to a DM role. The ideal candidate will love customer interaction, and knowing the value of fostering regulars, resulting in stellar friendly service.
The position will involve managing staff on shift, running services, liaising with the kitchen, completing nightly cash ups, and most importantly providing excellent customer service. A knowledge of wine and craft beer is a bonus, but not essential as we provide regular training sessions.LCQ also a bonus, but we can assist with getting licensed.
Full training will be given and we offer a supportive work environment, with a great team, flexible working hours, 50% staff discount, discount at our other Wellington venues, and regular staff get togethers and training sessions.
