- What you'll do Support impactful projects by providing advice and practical input that helps deliver better outcomes for patients and whānau.Turn insights into action by gathering and analysing information to inform evidence-based recommendations.Collaborate widely with internal teams and external partners to ensure equity principles are embedded in all initiatives.Drive improvements by helping refine processes, tools, and frameworks that make our work more effective and efficient.Communicate clearly by creating accessible, user-friendly content that translates complex information into meaningful messages.Ko ngā pūkenga ōu
- What you'll bring A relevant tertiary qualification or bring equivalent experience in health policy, cancer services, or a related field.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, applying sound judgement and an equity perspective to develop options and provide clear advice.Possess excellent organisational and communication capabilities, including the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and tailor messages for diverse audiences.Build and maintain effective relationships, showing cultural competence and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, Mātauranga Māori, and Kaupapa Māori approaches.Ko wai mātou
