What we’re looking for:- An ECE teacher qualification and registration as an ECE teacher in New Zealand
- Genuine care and love for the well-being and development of tamariki
- A personality that fosters and develops strong relationships with staff and parents/whanau
- Abundant reserves of enthusiasm and energy
- Competency in planning, curriculum, and regular and emergent reviews
- The ability to build and maintain responsive relationships with children and their whanau
