Office Administrator

This part time (currently 24 hours a week) role has been created due to the growth in the business, and the need for an onsite office person to deal with day-to-day administration duties. They will be a key person in necessary administration tasks, managing the incoming email enquires and record keeping, therefore a mature attitude and the ability to work unsupervised is a must.
Administration systems experience, data entry and the ability to problem solve is crucial as other staff may be offsite. Health and Safety knowledge would be a benefit.Support will be provided by the Operations Manager and offsite Accounts Manager.
The office is situated in Kauri, one 7am start per week is ideal, but flexibility is available for the perfect candidate.
