Wolfbrook is one of New Zealand's most active residential developers and the country's fastest growing property management business. This is a hands-on, out-in-the-market role meeting developers, investors and agents, and turning those relationships into long-term management appointments.
You don't need a property background. If you can sell, build trust and run a pipeline, we'll teach you the rest. What matters more is initiative to hunt for new business opportunities and the discipline to keep a pipeline moving.
$150K OTE (base + uncapped commission), tools of trade, working alongside Sandra Dodson, REINZ Business Development Manager of the Year.
The opportunity
You'll take ownership of new property management appointments across the Auckland region. Most of the work is out in the market building relationships with agents, developers, investors and introducers, and converting those relationships into long-term management agreements.Wolfbrook's development activity and investor base generate referrals along the way, but the people who'll thrive here are the ones who'd be out winning business regardless.
This role combines relationship-driven business development, commercial negotiation and disciplined pipeline management, with serious operational support behind you so you can stay focused on winning new business.
What you'll actually do- Build and own your own pipeline with agents, developers, investors, introducers.
- Be out in the market: meetings, calls, coffees, events, door-knocking when it counts.
- Run a structured pipeline from first conversation to signed management agreement, with a clear weekly cadence.
- Convert internal referrals from our development sales and investor networks where they come up.
- Negotiate commercial terms with confidence.
- Work hand-in-hand with our property management ops team to onboard new managements smoothly.
- Feed market intelligence back to leadership as we plan the next phase of growth.
