Cook

Kohinoor Indian Restaurant is a well-known Indian restaurant located in Albany, Auckland. We are currently seeking a Cook to join our team.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Cook, or

NZQF Level 2 or Level 3 qualification. This is a permanent, full-time position with a pay rate ranging from $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Prepare dishes using traditional Indian cooking methods

Determine correct portion sizes

Prepare ingredients and cook a variety of dishes

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in line with New Zealand regulations

Work efficiently under pressure
