We are currently looking for empathetic and passionate Support Workers to work across our Community Services. We are looking for a permanent, part-time Support Worker in Otaki.
What does a Support Worker do?
As part of a dedicated team, you'll support clients to live independently in their homes and communities. You'll help them achieve their goals and reach their potential through practical and emotional support, following a personalised care plan.
This includes the following:
- Meal preparation
- Medication supervision
- Community outings
- Personal cares (e.g. showering, toileting)
- Home management (e.g. cleaning, organising)

Earn between $23.38 and $29.10 per hour (based on experience and qualifications). We offer flexibility due to a variety of shifts available starting at 7am till 9pm, Monday to Sunday.Permanent, full-time and part-time positions available.

What are we looking for?- Able to work weekends

- Previous caregiving experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Healthcare qualifications are a plus
- Most positions require a full NZ driver's licence and reliable transport
