Project Manager Dunedin
Scope Group Ltd is a privately owned, South Island based company who specialise in Asbestos Removal and Demolition Works. We have offices in Nelson, Christchurch, Queenstown, and Dunedin.
Our Dunedin operation has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team. You will manage and deliver high quality projects and help maintain growth and diversification of opportunities across our industry sectors.
What you will do
As Project Manager you will be responsible for procuring, managing and delivering a variety of projects safely, to time and budget. This includes active project monitoring and management, communication with clients and office teams, timely completion of key project administration processes and the leadership of our Dunedin based operational team alongside our management team.
What we are looking for- Experience in Project Management within a relevant industry/fields
- Ability to effectively manage all communications with clients
- Ability to actively problem solve and adapt when faced with challenges and/or unexpected components to a project
- Experience in new business procurement and sales including the ability to professionally articulate service solutions to potential clients
- Energetic and driven to achieve a high standard of customer service across all aspects of project delivery
- Ability to understand and develop construction and contracting documentation
- Practical knowledge and experience with Project Management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Organised and methodical in your approach to work and the completion of tasks
- Confident in leading and managing people to successfully deliver results
- Ability to work collaboratively across all divisions and regions
