The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we're seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to join the team in Wanaka or Cromwell. Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from the ground up across a range of commercial builds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onsite teams, both on and off the tools
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure timelines are met
  • Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Champion site health and safety procedures
  • Run toolbox talks, site inductions, and mentor apprentices
  • Perform carpentry tasks as needed

About You
  • Trade qualified carpenter
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Foreman or Site Supervisor role
  • NZ/AU commercial project experience essential
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client liaison skills
