This role suits someone who thrives on responsibility, independence, physical activity, and building strong community relationships. This is a Permanent Full Time Position during education terms.

• Deliver meals to schools safely, on time, and within agreed delivery windows, following set routes and schedules.
• Load, transport, unload, return, and clean Cambros while maintaining correct food safety temperatures and records.
• Complete daily vehicle safety checks, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report or arrange maintenance when required.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with school staff, representing Compass Group positively at all times.
• Complete required paperwork, HACCP forms, incident reports, and escalate issues or delays promptly to management.

• Hold a full, valid Class 1 New Zealand driver licence with a clean police record.
• Physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working to tight timeframes with multiple daily stops.
• A strong communicator who can engage confidently with schools, staff, and stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solver able to follow procedures independently while adapting to change.
• Customer-focused, flexible, and committed to supporting the wellbeing of young people.
