About the role |'Mō'te'tūranga'mahi' Hāpai'supports'kiritaki'who have experienced accidentrelated injuries by helping them access the right support, at the right time, in ways that reflect their circumstances and needs.
The service draws on'kaupapa'Māori principles such as'manaakitanga, whanaungatanga, and'kotahitanga, alongside broader best practice, to support positive recovery outcomes.' As a'Team Leader -'Kaihāpai'Recovery Coordinators,'you'll'lead a team who walk alongside'kiritaki'and their whānau through their recovery journey.Your role is to set direction, provide support, and create a safe and supportive environment where your team can do meaningful work.' You'll'lead in a way that upholds'mana'for'kiritaki, whānau, and your team and'you'll'support your team to work respectfully with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including Māori.
This includes encouraging culturally responsive practice, reflective learning, and a focus on what matters most to each person.'
