About the Role- Overseeing day-to-day office operations
- Managing office supplies, systems, and processes
- Supporting management and staff with administration
- Coordinating onboarding and general HR admin
- Managing schedules, meetings, and office communications
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers
- Previous experience in an office management or senior admin role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and office systems
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Competitive salary of $60,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience)
