We’re looking for a capable and organised Office Manager to keep our office running smoothly and support our team day to day.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is confident managing office operations.

About the Role
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations
  • Managing office supplies, systems, and processes
  • Supporting management and staff with administration
  • Coordinating onboarding and general HR admin
  • Managing schedules, meetings, and office communications
  • Liaising with suppliers and service providers
About You
  • Previous experience in an office management or senior admin role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and office systems
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
