We are currently looking for Heavy Machine Operators across **Bay of Plenty** region who have proven experience in the civil industry. We're seeking machine operators for several clients in various roles and machines. (1.5-26 tonne)

**What you'll be doing:**

Operate machinery including excavators, loaders, and rollers for tasks such as earthmoving, trenching, grading, loading/unloading, lifting, and sheet pile installation. Carry out pre-start checks, report faults, and assist with general site and labouring duties.

We're after someone safety-focused, efficient, and detail-oriented.

**Ideal candidate:**

1-2 years' proven experience operating machinery ranging from 1.5T to 26T
Comfortable in stepping of the machine and assisting in general labour works
Solid understanding of health & safety practices on construction sites
Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic
Hands-on expertise in excavation, material handling, and machine operations
Full Class 2 licence with WTR endorsements (essential)
